Facilities Management provides comprehensive maintenance, custodial and repair services to ensure properties within our portfolio are maintained in a safe, clean and functional state to best serve the staff and residents of the City of Toronto. Our total facility portfolio is approximately 436 buildings covering 11.5 million square feet and we ensure all relevant compliance standards and by-laws are met.
