Request a Building Inspection Using Telepermit

Request an Inspection Status Reports online:

A written Inspection Status Report lists the status for the mandatory inspections on a permit. Inspection Status Reports can be requested and paid for from your computer or mobile device using the Request an Inspection Status Report web application.

Toronto Building TelePermit gives building permit holders seven day-a-week access to request, cancel or reschedule an inspection. Inspections are held Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Using TelePermit, you can:

  2. Reschedule, cancel, or review an upcoming Inspections

To use the system, simply call the same number you normally call to book an inspection. That number is listed on the documentation attached to the permit.
