A new park at 25 Wellesley Street West will be a 1.6 acre L-shaped park bordered by Wellesley Street west to the north, Breadalbane Street to the south and St. Luke Lane to the east.

The City of Toronto is about to start the process for a new design and implementation plan for Grand Avenue Park after acquiring additional lands adjacent to the park. The working title for the design of the new park is Grand Manitoba Park.
A new waterfront park is being designed at 318 Queens Quay West on Toronto's Central Waterfront. When completed, the park will serve as a gateway to the extensive park system along Toronto's Waterfront improving the waterfront park experience for area residents and waterfront park users citywide.
The future Beare Road Park will be located in the Scarborough district inside Rouge Park. The master plan addresses opportunities for access, education and passive and active recreational use.
