ExpandSummer Camp Assistant - Spadina Museum

Spadina Museum is currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable youth volunteers to support our arts-based summer camps program as Camp Assistants. This volunteer opportunity is open to students aged 15 – 18. Volunteers will work with staff to create a positive experience for all campers, assisting with room set-up, preparing materials for various activities, and monitoring & engaging with campers throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable skills in working with children, community programming, time management and leadership.

  • An Information Session – 1 hour, beginning of June
  • Camp Orientation – 2 hours, end of June

ExpandBread Bakers - Montgomery's Inn

Montgomery's Inn is currently looking for volunteer bread bakers to assist in the preparation and baking of bread in our outdoor oven. Daytime shifts are available Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays. We are looking for a weekly commitment for 6 months minimum. Experienced and non-experienced bakers are welcome! Shift times are as follows:

  • Mondays, 9 a.m to 1 p.m. (no baking, dough prep only)
  • Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (dough prep and bake)
  • Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 2 pm (bake)
