With over 40 fitness facilities and hundreds of classes across Toronto, the City makes it easy to get fit in your community. From aerobics, yoga, Zumba® and tai chi to muscle conditioning, weight rooms and fitness centres, the City has something for everyone. Choose your favourite activity or mix it up. Fitness Programs and Classes

Get a fitness membership, register for the whole session of a class, or take advantage of various class passes/packages and pay-as-you-go (drop-in) options. Learn more about the various classes.

Talk to your community recreation centre staff or call 311 to get started today. Participants are advised to consult a doctor before enrolling in any fitness program.
