  • All Councillor/Mayor inquiries will be acknowledged within the current business day (if possible) or within one business day, with an indication provided as to when a final response will be returned.
  • All written correspondence will be responded to within 7 business days.
  • All emails will be acknowledged within one business day.
  • All telephone calls will be returned within one business day.
  • The majority of contract award report approvals will be provided to Purchasing and Material Management Division within 48 business hours.
