Select parks have been pre-approved for a commercial special event pilot to run from May through until October. These select Park locations will only allow up to 6 events per year at any one location.

- Sherbourne Commons
- Sugar Beach
- Ferry Docks
- Toronto Island-Olympic Park
- Ashbridges Bay Park
- Olympic Park
- Woodbine Park
- Guild Inn Gardens
Outdoor event permit rates are based on the attendance of your event. Set-up and clean-up fees may be applied and a damage deposit may be required for events.

Commercial special events are any special event that includes the exchange, production, purchase or sale of goods or services of any kind or nature for the purpose of making profit. These events can include but are not limited to, corporate sponsored events, festivals, performances, product promotions and sampling.
These events will be allowed to charge gate and or advance admission fees and are typically private events in nature.
If you would like to serve alcohol at your event, you should be familiar with the City of Toronto Municipal Alcohol Policy.
