How to Get Involved With the City

Volunteer for the City of Toronto!

Inspire, Engage, Grow

City of Toronto volunteers are made up of an incredible team of individuals who are civic minded, engaged and want to promote Toronto to residents, as well as tourists. Volunteerism is for everyone and the City of Toronto encourages applications from Aboriginal people, people with disabilities, members of visible minority groups and women.   In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the City of Toronto's Accommodation Policy and Guidelines, a request for accommodation will be considered throughout the process. Applicants are required to provide their accommodation needs in advance.
