As part of our ongoing work to improve services, Toronto Employment & Social Services regularly surveys service users to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
In August 2014 Ipsos-Reid, an independent market research company, conducted a telephone survey on our behalf. Five hundred residents completed the survey and provided us with valuable feedback about the quality of our service, the accessibility of our information and where they'd like to see improvements made.
