Cardio - Older AdultThese classes are suitable for all levels, focusing on providing a minimum of 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercises that use large muscle groups in a continuous and rhythmic manner. Most classes will also include a muscle conditioning component. Regular participation can help improve one's cardiovascular system (heart/lungs), flexibility, balance and co-ordination. Small equipment may be used.

Hockey Skills / Power Skate ChildHockey Skills and Power Skating are offered for beginner to advanced levels. Power Skating teaches speed, agility and coordination. Hockey Skills focuses on puck handling, skating and game strategies. CSA approved hockey helmets with full face masks, neck guards and gloves are required when on the ice. For Caregiver and Tot programs, the caregiver accompanying the child on the ice must also wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
