Accounting Services Division – Customer Service Standards

The Accounting Services Division is responsible for training, maintenance and support for the financial component of SAP, oversight for accounts receivable, banking, sales tax compliance, and payment of all City liabilities. The division also provides corporate accounting and reporting support, and prepares annual financial statements and statutory reports. Accounting Services provides direct services to City divisions in the following 3 areas:

Request for information and/or status on the issuance of donation tax receipts

Service Standard

Investigate, take action and respond to client within 48 hours

 

Request for authentication of City of Toronto's cheque from the RBC bank
