July 24- Breakin' For Lunch

Hosted by Jon Drops and music by DJ Serious, celebrate Toronto’s rich b-boy and b-girl culture. This program provides space for young and professional dance artists to grow together and engages inter-generational sharing and growth in the community.

July 31 - Off Limit Sports presents "BlitzBall"

In addition to organizing Toronto's recreational social sport programs, Off Limits Sports provides structured pick-up sports programs that assist athletes in improving their game.

The public is invited to try "BlitzBall" – the newest innovative sport sensation to hit Canada. It combines the leg work of soccer and the physical contact of football, but with ultimate protection by wearing a 1.5m diameter plastic ball.

August 7 & 14- Dance Party with Rise Up!

Rise Up! at Lunch is a two-part dance party series in partnership with the City of Toronto's summer lunchtime events at Nathan Phillips Square. The event will be hosted by Rise Up!'s dance leaders and will have Patrick Love playing two one-hour funk/soul sets. Participants will be treated to an hour of interactive music and dancing suitable for all ages.

August 21- Barbequing demo with Hogtown

Hogtown Smoke started as Toronto's original barbeque smokehouse on wheels and will demonstrate the preparation of meats before they go into the smokehouse. Smoke-master Scott Fraser will reveal the how-to's of using household BBQ's to smoke meats and creating a homemade BBQ sauce and rub.

August 28- P.O.W.E.R. Lesson - Golf Simulator & Toronto Climbing Academy

In 2004 Dave Hartmann, award winning PGA of Canada Class-A golf professional, generated an innovative teaching called P.O.W.E.R. Lesson. The P.O.W.E.R. Lesson is the perfect visual learning aid system to help you improve your game.

The Toronto Climbing Academy offers both a philosophical and technical understanding of climbing concepts. The experienced and passionate staff help provide a fun and safe environment to climbers of all ages.

Toronto's 'salsa super group' features the City's top Latin vocalists and cream of the crop musicians including Roberto Linares Brown, Luisito Orbegoso, Yani Borrell, and Ricky Franco.

July 17- Food Truck Showdown

Two of Toronto's hottest food trucks, Per Se Mobile and Gourmet Gringos, will go head- to-head in creating a starter and main dish using a secret ingredient. Co-hosted by Chef Emily Richards and Scott White.
