How to Apply
Your Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) can help you stay in your own home longer by connecting you with in-home care and support services, as well as services within your community. If it becomes too difficult for you to live independently at home, they can provide you with long-term care options.

Long-Term Care Homes
Three homes offer an Adult Day Program for seniors living in the community to have a safe, secure environment to go to during the day to participate in social programming and to connect with peers. Learn more about the programs offered at Bendale Acres, Cummer Lodge and Kipling Acres.
The Homemakers and Nurses Services program provides services, such as light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation to low-income individuals in the community who require assistance with household daily living activities. Find out who is eligible and how to apply.
Learn about the Supportive Housing Services program that provides services, such as assistance with personal care, light housekeeping and laundry, medication reminders, security checks and light meal preparation to eligible clients who are tenants in designated buildings.
