Customer Call Centre is available at 416-338-4386(4FUN) Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with extended hours during registration periods).

NEW Extended Call Centre Hours

Beginning June 15, 2017:

  • 7:30 am - 6:30 p.m. (Thursdays & Fridays, extended hours)
  • 8:30am - 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Wednesday, Regular hours of operation)
