The Fort York Visitor Centre is now open on the south side of Garrison Common. Designed by the award-winning Canadian team of Patkau Architects Inc / Kearns Mancini Architects Inc, this new facility helps the Fort tell its 200-year story and orient visitors to the entire 43-acre National Historic Site.

Parking Notice: Due to construction in front of the Fort York Visitor Centre, our parking lot is temporarily closed. Guests will need to park at the Green P lot at 800 Fleet St. For accessibility parking/drop-off please call 416-392-7500.

Closure Notice: Please note that Fort York will be closed to the public June 3 - 5 and June 19- 20. The Visitor Centre will remain open regular operating hours on these dates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
