Public Auction and Auctioneer

As per Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 545, Licensing, any person selling or putting up good for sale at a public auction is considered  an auctioneer and required to be licensed.

How to apply

Applicants must apply in person at the Licence & Permit Issuing Office. To apply, applicants must pay the appropriate application fee.
