May is a month of celebration of the diversity of Toronto's communities, with the spotlight falling on people of Asian and South Asian heritage. By recognizing and celebrating Asian and South Asian Heritage Month the City acknowledges the contributions members of these communities have made to the success and vitality of Toronto.
Registration for Summer swim and skate recreation programs starts on Saturday June 6th at 7:00am. Details and locations.
Please note spring instructional programs originally scheduled to take place at Parkway Forest Community Centre and listed in the Fun Guide have been cancelled due to a delay in the opening of the centre. Drop-in programs have a delayed start date, please call (416)392-6383 for an updated schedule. Summer programs at Parkway Forest Community Centre will be open for registration. The new Self Receipting online service provides clients with access to their own personal registration receipts faster, securely and in the comfort of your home!
*Important: Effective June 1 2015, the City of Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation will no longer be mailing out program receipts.
The Etobicoke Olympium is open and offering full aquatic and gymnasium programming. The lower level of the building, including the Weight Room and Exercise Training Centre is closed until further notice due to remediation work.
