Breast milk is all the food your baby needs for the first 6 months. You may want to continue to breastfeed your baby for 2 years or longer.

Breastfeeding positions

Try different breastfeeding positions. Choose a breastfeeding position that allows you to be relaxed and comfortable.  There are different breastfeeding feeding position: cross cradle position, cradle position, football position and side-lying position. 

*  Breastfeeding/breast milk are also known as chestfeeding/ chest milk respectively.
