Cedar Ridge Creative Centre is housed in a historic mansion and adjacent gardener's cottage built in 1912, including a refurbished pottery studio now located in what would have been the original carriage house. The Centre is nestled within lush gardens which are enjoyed by the public and often rented for weddings and special events. The main house features the Cedar Ridge Gallery which exhibits contemporary and classic visual and folk art. The upper floor of the main house and the adjacent carriage house consist of working studio spaces where hands-on creative arts programs are offered for all ages.
The gardener's cottage is shared between our community outreach partner, The Community Arts Guild, and our Summer Artist Residency Program. The Cedar Creative Ridge Centre is owned and operated by the City of Toronto Arts & Culture Unit.
