The submission deadline for Fall 2014/Winter 2015 scheduling forms has been extended to Wednesday June 25, 2014 at 4pm. The Submissions are being accepted online or in paper format by dropping it off at the following Civic Centre drop boxes: Metro Hall, Scarborough Civic Centre, North York Civic Centre, Etobicoke/York Civic Centre
