Parenting Groups and Services

Being a parent is one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do. But it can also be tough at times. All parents need support.

Telephone Counselling

We provide parents with telephone support and counselling by a Public Health Nurse and/or Registered Dietitian. Contact us if you are concerned about your child's development or have questions about parenting and raising children. There are a number of services that we provide that can support you.

Free Parent Groups

Going to a parenting program is a great way to get information and support. Hearing from other parents let's you know you are not alone and you'll be surprised to hear your concerns and worries are shared by many other parents.

We offer the following FREE parenting programs to families that live in the City of Toronto.

All of our programs are provided by Public Health Nurses. Some programs are offered in different languages at various locations across the City of Toronto.
