Feeling Congested

Phase 3 of the consultation process is now over. In this Phase, the City consulted on draft policy changes to the Official Plan transportation policies. These policies were officially adopted by Council at their meeting on August 25-28, 2014 with three amendments. The final Official Plan Amendment, as adopted by Council, was approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on December 31, 2014. It is in force and effect with the exception of the 'Complete Streets' policies, which have been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
