Track the status of your service request from the 311 homepage, or call 311 anytime for additional information and assistance.
Update February 24, 2015: The City is currently experiencing high call volumes due to the extreme cold weather and delays are expected. If you have sumbmitted a no water service request, a City of Toronto staff member will contact you to arrange for an inspection. If you have no water, your pipes may be frozen.
