General Manager's Message
As the General Manager of Toronto Employment & Social Services, I am committed to service excellence. This division has a longstanding history of supporting residents and neighbourhoods across this great City, and our dedicated and knowledgeable staff will continue to build on this successful history.
Toronto Employment & Social Services provides financial benefits to low income residents, and delivers employment services to job seekers and employers. Working collaboratively with other orders of Government and City Divisions as well as a broad network of community partners, we are better integrating services to achieve outcomes that will benefit both job seekers and employers.
Our mandate is to ensure our services are accessible, effective and responsive. We will continue to implement new and improved ways to deliver services to our residents, ranging from those available through our 19 Employment Centres to those accessed online.
