The rebuilding of Heron Park playground in August has led to improved accessibility including new AODA-compliant playground surface made of engineered wood fibre and a ramp from a new accessible pathway into the play space. The new swings also feature a bucket seat. Watch the time-lapse video to see volunteers build the playground in a day.
