A facility located in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area within the apartment complex behind Sheridan Mall. Chalkfarm Community Centre is a recreational programming centre with a variety of opportunities for everyone from preschool to older adults. Chalkfarm Community Centre offers a wide range of activities including fitness, youth, sports, after school and preschool programs. Chalkfarm Community Centre is geared to provide for the needs of the community.

Cardio Dance - AdultThese classes are suitable for all levels incorporating various culture inspired music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, aerobic workout. Participants will benefit by having a total body fun workout that improves rhythm, burns calories and strengthens muscles. May include a muscle conditioning component.

Fitness/Cardio - AdultFitness courses that incorporate a cardio component benefiting the cardiovascular system (heart/lungs). Step, Cardiokick (boxing) low impact, hi/lo are all classes with cardio components. Includes warm-up, muscle conditioning and stretching. Possible use of hand weights and/or tubing.
